Human Resources Manager

Food People has partnered with a regional food manufacturer, that is looking for an experienced HR Manager to be based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. This role offers an excellent opportunity for growth and development within a dynamic and progressive organization.Key Responsibilities:Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with the company's overall objectivesOversee the recruitment and selection process, ensuring the right talent is sourced and hiredManage all aspects of employee relations, including performance management, employee engagement, and disciplinary proceduresDevelop and maintain HR policies and procedures in compliance with local labor laws and regulationsEnsure accurate and timely payroll processing, in coordination with finance teamsRecommend C&B structural changes based on survey analysis and market practiceDrive the employee development and training initiatives to enhance productivity and professional growthManage employee benefits, including leave management, medical insurance, and compensation packagesMaintain HR records and files, and ensure confidentiality of employee informationAddress employee grievances and resolve conflicts in a fair and timely mannerJob Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related fieldProven experience as an HR Manager, preferably in the food and beverage industryIn-depth knowledge of UAE labor laws and regulationsStrong understanding of HR best practices and trendsExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsDemonstrated ability to handle complex employee relations issuesProficiency in HR software applications and Microsoft Office suiteAbility to multitask and work under pressure in a fast-paced environmentProfessional certification in HR will be an added advantagePlease note, only candidates with relevant experience will be contacted to discuss the position in more detail.
