ADNOC Drilling is key to delivering the targeted increase in crude oil production capacity by 25% to 5 million barrels per day by 2030 and achieve UAE gas self-sufficiency.JOB PURPOSE:Lead and manage a proficient team of slickline operators in executing safe, efficient, and high-quality well interventions. Optimize well performance, ensuring well integrity, and contributing to the overall success of drilling operations. Oversee the planning, execution, and continuous improvement of slickline services. Meet production targets, adhering to HSE standards, and fostering a culture of excellence within the team. KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:Job Specific AccountabilitiesLead and supervise a team of slickline operators to ensure safe and efficient execution of well intervention activities. Coordinate and plan slickline operations in alignment with drilling schedules, production requirements, and HSE standards.Conduct pre-job safety meetings, ensuring all team members are aware of and adhere to safety protocols and procedures.Manage the deployment of slickline tools and equipment, optimizing resources and minimizing downtime.Collaborate with drilling engineers, production teams, and other stakeholders to achieve operational goals and enhance well performance.Provide technical expertise in troubleshooting and resolving slickline-related issues to maintain continuous well integrity.Implement and enforce quality control measures to ensure the accuracy and reliability of slickline interventions.Monitor and report on team performance, highlighting achievements and addressing areas for improvement.Mentor and train team members, fostering a culture of continuous learning and development within the slickline services group.Keep abreast of industry advancements, technologies, and best practices to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of slickline operations.Comply with all UAE, ADNOC, ADNOC Drilling and client Asset Integrity Management codes of practice.\QUALIFICATIONS, EXPERIENCE, KNOWLEDGE & SKILLS: Minimum QualificationBachelor Degree in Engineering (Petroleum Engineering).Minimum Experience & Knowledge & SkillsExtensive experience in slickline services with a proven track record in team leadership.In-depth knowledge of slickline tools, equipment, and intervention techniques.Good knowledge of spoken and written English.
