Job Description
We are seeking a passionate and experienced Senior Community Manager for one of our clients. You will play a crucial role in fostering engagement, building relationships, and championing their users.Responsibilities:Community Engagement: Cultivate a welcoming and active community on the Discord server by initiating engaging conversations, organizing events (AMAs, contests, workshops), and moderating discussions.Member Support: Be a reliable resource for community members, promptly addressing their questions, concerns, and feedback.Internal Advocacy: Gather and relay valuable community insights to the team, providing feedback on user sentiment, product suggestions, and potential areas for improvement.Collaboration: Identify and execute collaborative opportunities with other projects, KOLs and communities within the Web3 space, expanding reach and impact.Qualifications:Proven Experience: Past experience as a Community Manager within web3 developer and social space (non-gaming social).Discord Master: Extensive experience managing and growing Discord communities, with a deep understanding of community building best practices.Collaboration Expert: Demonstrated ability to identify and execute successful collaborations with other communities, projects & KOLs in web3Timezone: Preference for candidates located in Asian time zones.Competitive pay, part-time position with the potential to transition into a full-time roleTo Apply:Please join our Discord server and share a screenshot of a community you manage, highlighting your total message count on that server.
