Main Responsibilities

1.

Zoho Customization & Development
Design, develop, and implement custom modules, fields, workflows, and reports in Zoho CRM and other Zoho applications.
Write and optimize Deluge scripts to automate processes and create custom functionalities.
Create custom applications using Zoho Creator to address business specific needs.
2.

Integration & Automation
Integrate Zoho applications with third-party tools using Zoho APIs, webhooks, and custom REST APIs.
Build and optimize workflows and automation processes across Zoho applications to streamline operations.


Troubleshoot and resolve integration issues.
3.

Data Management
Perform data migration, data mapping, and data cleansing within Zoho platforms.
Ensure data integrity and security across Zoho tools.
4.

Testing & Troubleshooting
Test developed solutions for functionality, scalability, and performance.
Debug and resolve issues promptly while maintaining business continuity.
5.

Collaboration
Work closely with internal stakeholders to gather requirements and translate business needs into technical solutions.
Collaborate with other developers, IT teams, and external vendors for complex projects.
6.

Documentation
Create and maintain detailed documentation of configurations, scripts, and technical processes.
Train end-users on developed functionalities and solutions.
Requirements
2-5 years of experience in Zoho development, including Zoho CRM, Zoho Creator, and Zoho One suite.
Strong experience in Zoho Creator.
Proficiency in Deluge scripting and API integration.
Hands-on experience with third-party API integration and REST APIs.
Knowledge of programming languages like React is a plus.
Experience with Zoho Flow, Zoho Analytics, and custom automation workflows.
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
Excellent communication and documentation abilities.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team.
Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects.
