If you’re an experienced professional with a passion for maritime operations, we invite you to explore this exciting opportunity.RequirementsMarine Engineer Background: We require a minimum 1/e certification.2-3 Years On-Shore Experience: Your expertise from shore-based roles will be invaluable.Strong English Literacy Skills: Effective communication is essential in our team.Project Management Understanding: Operational or Seafaring Experience in Qatar: Knowledge of local maritime conditions is advantageous.What We Offer:Health Insurance.Holiday: 25 days.Travel Flexibility: Willingness to travel within the GCC region is essential.Responsibilities:Daily Ship Management: Oversee day-to-day vessel operations.Supervise Ship Management & Crewing Companies: Ensure efficient collaboration.Effective Communication: Maintain regular contact with vessel officers.Procurement Support: Assist in vessel-related procurement.Maintenance & Repairs (M&R): Plan and supervise M&R activities, dry docking, and surveys.Collaborate with Commercial & Operations: Align vessel needs with business goals.Technical Expertise for Tenders & Business Development: Support commercial efforts.Project Involvement: Contribute to new vessel initiatives.Vessel Inspections: Assess vessels for charter and sale.Financial Reporting.Weekly Activity Reports: Keep stakeholders informed.
