Returns Team Leader - Warehouse

Returns Team Leader to oversee the efficient processing of damaged and expired products within our organization. The ideal candidate will be responsible for leading a team, optimize returns process, and ensuring compliance with company policies and regulations.ResponsibilitiesLead a team responsible for processing damaged and expired products efficiently.Collaborate with various departments such as inbound, logistics, Commercial, and stock control to facilitate smooth returns.Conduct regular audits to identify trends and root causes of product damage and expiration.Share Report to show the progress of return area VS set target.Negotiate return terms and agreements with suppliers and vendors, fostering positive relationships.Maintain accurate records of all returns and associated documentation.Analyze return data to identify opportunities for process improvement and cost savings.Train team members on proper handling and documentation procedures.Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and company policies regarding returns.QualificationsBachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience.One or two years of experience in a similar role, preferably within the [retailer Warehouse/sector].Strong leadership and team management skills.Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.Detail-oriented with strong analytical skills.Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.Proficiency in Microsoft Office and inventory management software.
