Our products cover optical telecommunication terminals, wireless telecommunication devices, and smart terminals. Headquartered in Chengdu, Sichuan Province, China, we have over 3,000 employees and annual sales revenue exceeding $350 million. Our products and services are widely used in multiple countries and regions globally.
Due to business expansion in Egypt, we are seeking the expertise of an International Sales Manager who can support and lead the aggressive sales plan planned for our region.
Work Location
Cairo, Egypt (may require frequent travel)
Key Responsibilities
1. Business development & Market Expansion: Develop and execute sales strategies for Egypt’s telecom market (Telecom Egypt, Orange, Vodafone, Etisalat, etc.) to meet sales targets.
2. Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain long-term partnerships with key clients.
3. Project Coordination: Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth project delivery.
4. Market Analysis: Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to refine strategies.
5. Bidding & Commercial negotiation: Lead contract negotiations and bidding processes to secure profitable deals.
6. Reporting: Provide regular updates on sales progress, market insights, and client feedback.
Job Requirements
Qualifications
1. Education: Bachelor’s degree or higher in Marketing, International Trade, Communication Engineering or related fields.
2. Experience: Minimum 5 years in international sales within the telecom industry; proven success in telecom operator markets preferred.
3. Technical Knowledge: Familiarity with GPON, FTTH, routers, switches, etc.
4. Language: Fluency in Arabic and English (written and spoken); additional languages are a plus.
5. Skills: Strong negotiation, communication, and analytical abilities; adaptability to frequent travel.
