Job Description

The Assistant Marketing Manager is responsible for developing and implementing the marketing plan to increase brand awareness and define the current and long-term objectives of the marketing department. He also oversees the design and review of the marketing department's budget and monitors and controls marketing strategies to ensure they align with the organization's goals. This position requires a strong background in marketing and the use of digital marketing techniques.

 

Job Duties of an Assistant Marketing Manager:

 

· Develop and implement a strong marketing plan that helps increase brand awareness.

· Define current and future objectives for the marketing department.

· Design and review the marketing department's budget.

· Build relationships with the media and develop creative public relations strategies.

· Monitor and oversee all marketing campaigns and make suggestions for improvement.

· Prioritize marketing projects and allocate the required resources.

· Prepare regular reports to measure the achievement of marketing objectives.

· Conduct market analysis to identify challenges and growth opportunities for the organization.

· Provide suggestions and guidance for organizing effective marketing events.

· Oversee recruitment and staffing procedures for the marketing department.

· Participate in periodic and annual planning for the organization's goals.

Skills required for the position of Assistant Marketing Manager:

 

· The ability to design and implement marketing campaigns creatively.

· Proficiency in using website analysis tools and preparing sponsored ads on search engines.   

· Ability to use digital marketing tools and techniques, and CRM software.

· Possess leadership skills and the ability to delegate tasks.

· Possess leadership skills and the ability to divide tasks.

· Excellent communication skills.

· Proficiency in analytical skills to manage projects and think strategically to achieve accuracy.

Job Requirements

Requirements for an Assistant Marketing Manager position:· 

A bachelor's degree in marketing or media.

· Work experience as an Assistant Marketing Manager or in administrative positions in the marketing department.

· minimum 10yrs experience in the field .
