Job Description
- Lead, train, monitor, and follow up with Operations Specialists to ensure they complete their tasks on time and with the required quality standards.
- Maintain smooth workflow by collaborating with teachers, fostering a productive and positive environment.
- Design reports about teachers’ attendance,flexbility, performance, and curriculum achievements as assigned.
- Collaborate with the Video Editing Team to organize, receive, and upload educational materials efficiently and in a timely manner.
- Ensure all educational content is uploaded according to schedule.
- Work closely with the Data Entry Team to maintain smooth workflows related to data management and operational processes.
- Coordinate with other department managers to ensure all operational activities are executed smoothly and without disruptions.
- Utilize various tools, sheets, documents, and digital storage systems to evaluate and improve the operations management system, in collaboration with the Production Manager.
- Oversee all pre- and post-academic year preparations including: Ensuring studios are equipped with all necessary facilities (e.g., storage, PCs, cameras).
Job Requirements
- At least (4) years of experience in the same field or related one.
- At least (1) year of experience as a team leader or senior.
- Excellent user of Google products (Sheets, docx, calendar, etc ..)
- Tech-Savvy.
- Excellent leadership skills.
- High level of flexibility.
- Exceptional communication skills.
- Exceptional organization and time management skills.
- Ed-Tech experience is a huge plus.
