Job Description
- Achieving the sales goals for the region and increasing the number of coloring centers.
- Monitoring the sales movement, product stock, and setting an action plan to achieve goals and ensure that the center is presented properly.
- Monitoring the Performance of Subordinate Centers under a main coloring center and ensuring that they meet the required goals.
- Verifying the service level provided to the centers by the company, including product delivery, monthly gifts, machine maintenance, and advertising.
- Assisting and training staff at the centers to improve their technical and commercial skills and persuade customers.
- Customer Satisfaction and Problem Solving with the centers, resolving issues, and preparing reports about them.
- Tracking promotional campaigns, offers, and new products introduced by the company in the market, enhancing their effectiveness, and ensuring that the centers are presenting and benefiting from them fully.
- Organizing and supporting training seminars for the centers' staff, ensuring their success, and achieving the goals of these events.
Job Requirements
- Residents of Alexandria, Behera and Matrouh only
- Proven experience as area supervisor or similar managerial role
- Knowledge of performance evaluation metrics and principles
- Sound understanding of optimization of store operations and standards for success
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities
- Excellent organizational and leadership abilities
- Strong business acumen with a strategic orientation
- Excellent problem-solving abilities
- BSc/BA in business administration, retail management or similar field
