Job Description
>> Now Hiring: Full-Time Training Manager (Remote | Internal Goldbar Staffing Role)
We're looking for a highly organized, tech-savvy, and people-oriented Training Manager to join our internal team at Goldbar Staffing.
You’ll play a key role in training virtual assistants (VAs) who support U.S.-based real estate businesses. This means you’ll need to quickly master different CRMs, tools, and systems — then confidently teach them in both group and 1:1 settings.
Hours: 6–8 hours/day
Pay: $6–$8 USD/hour
Type: Remote | Full-Time
>> Responsibilities:
- Lead engaging virtual training sessions (group & individual)
- Create or build training materials from scratch
- Learn and master new CRMs, platforms, and software quickly
- Test and evaluate VAs on systems usage and communication
- Provide ongoing mentorship to trainees and boost their confidence
- Document training progress, give structured feedback, and report to leadership
- Maintain high training standards that match Goldbar’s expectations
Job Requirements
>> Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of training or coaching experience
- Strong English fluency (C1 level or higher)
- Experience in real estate or related industries is a plus
- Excellent organizational and communication skills
- Ability to motivate others, build confidence, and remain patient
- Tech-savvy and fast learner with CRM systems (e.g., ClickUp, Slack, HubSpot, Trello)
- Confident, proactive, and emotionally intelligent — able to handle the highs and lows of training
