Job Description
- Manage and supervise all fleet operations and ensure vehicle availability and readiness
- Develop and implement driver schedules to meet delivery and operational deadlines
- Monitor fleet expenses and identify opportunities to reduce fuel and maintenance costs
- Register, license, and maintain legal compliance for all vehicles
- Maintain accurate records of vehicle inspections, services, and repairs
- Ensure adherence to safety protocols and company policies
- Improve fuel efficiency and route optimization strategies
- Coordinate with departments to meet operational demands
Job Requirements
- Proven experience as a Fleet Manager or in a similar logistics role
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.
- Relevant training or certification in Fleet Management is a plus
