Job Description

We’re seeking a driven Technical Recruiter to own the full-cycle recruitment of engineering and technical talent across our in-house brands and client portfolios. In this role, you will:

  • Partner closely with hiring managers to understand role requirements, team culture, and success metrics
  • Develop and execute targeted sourcing strategies (Boolean, LinkedIn Recruiter, referrals, niche job boards) to build a strong, diverse pipeline
  • Screen resumes and conduct technical phone/video interviews to assess skills, experience, and cultural fit
  • Coordinate interview processes—scheduling, debriefs, feedback collection, and follow-up—to ensure a seamless candidate experience
  • Maintain accurate candidate records and update status in our Applicant Tracking System (ATS)
  • Negotiate offers and manage the closing process in partnership with HR and hiring teams
  • Analyze recruiting metrics (time-to-fill, source effectiveness, pipeline health) and recommend process improvements
  • Contribute to employer-branding initiatives, including careers site content, social media campaigns, and recruiting events

Job Requirements

  • Experience: 3+ years of full-cycle technical recruiting in a fast-paced environment (agency or in-house)
  • Domain Knowledge: Strong understanding of software development roles (frontend, backend, DevOps, QA, data) and technical skillsets
  • Sourcing Skills: Proven track record with advanced Boolean search, LinkedIn Recruiter, GitHub, Stack Overflow, and other technical communities
  • Tools Proficiency: Hands-on with ATS platforms (e.g., Greenhouse, Lever), candidate relationship tools, and data-tracking/reporting
  • Communication: Exceptional written and verbal skills; ability to build rapport with candidates and influence stakeholders at all levels
  • Organization & Ownership: Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple open searches simultaneously
  • Data-Driven: Comfort analyzing recruiting metrics and using insights to optimize processes
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, Communications, or a related field (or equivalent professional experience)
  • Personal Traits: Proactive problem-solver, collaborative team player, and passionate ambassador for our company culture and values
