Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract, assess, and hire top technical talent.
- Partner with hiring managers to understand team needs, technical requirements, and role priorities.
- Source and engage candidates through diverse channels including job boards, social media, recruitment platforms, and employee referrals.
- Conduct initial phone screens and interviews to evaluate candidates’ technical skills, experience, and cultural fit.
- Manage the full recruitment life cycle—from sourcing and interviewing to offer negotiation and onboarding.
- Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future hiring needs.
- Ensure a smooth, professional, and engaging candidate experience at every stage of the process.
- Keep up-to-date with market trends and best practices in tech recruitment and talent acquisition.
- Collaborate closely with the HR team to enhance recruitment tools, workflows, and reporting systems.
- Provide regular insights and reports on recruitment KPIs and hiring progress to leadership.
Job Requirements
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field.
- 1–3 years of hands-on experience in technical recruitment, preferably within the software or IT sector.
- Demonstrated success in sourcing and hiring technical professionals (e.g. developers, QA, DevOps).
- Familiarity with modern sourcing techniques and recruitment platforms (e.g. LinkedIn, GitHub, Stack Overflow).
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Excellent organizational, multitasking, and time management skills.
- A proactive and resourceful mindset with the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
- Passion for technology and a solid understanding of software development roles and terminologies.
