Job Description
MiniSo is looking for a talented Personnel and Payroll Specialist to join our HR team in Makram Ebid, Nasr City. If you’re passionate about HR and ready to make an impact, MiniSo is the place for you!
Responsibilities:
- Reviews and maintains employee personnel files, and ensure that they are completed and complies with labor & social insurance laws.
- Maintain records of personnel-related data (Employees database, Vacation balance, etc.).
- Coordinate all Personnel activities with government authorities, such as labor office, social insurance authorities.
- Prepare HR letters and experience certificates upon request.
- Responsible for Annual renewals of contracts.
- Maintaining accurate records of payroll documentation and transactions.

Job Requirements
- 2-4 years of personnel management experience (Premier knowledge is a plus).
- Strong English (written and spoken).
- Advanced Excel and HR systems skills.
- Excellent communication, analytical skills, and a professional presence for interacting with all levels of management.
- Male candidates preferred for handling government office visits.
