Job Brief:
For a leading chain of Vein Clinics in Egypt, we are hiring for a position of “Office Admin” for our Office branch in New Cairo - The 5th settlement. We are looking for an office Assistant to manage our front desk on a daily basis and to perform a variety of administrative and clerical tasks. Fresh graduate are welcomed
Responsibilities:
Greeting and attending to visitors at the front desk
Provide basic and accurate information in-person and via phone/email
Accurate patients’ data entry into our clinic management system
Time keeping and proper schedule management. Contact patients in case of delay
Schedule follow up appointments & next visit action
Professionally assist both staff and patients to ensure smooth work flow
Maintain office security by following safety procedures and controlling access via the reception desk
Ensure reception area is tidy and presentable, with all necessary stationery and material (e.g. pens, forms and brochures)
Order front office supplies and keep inventory of stock
Perform other clerical receptionist duties such as filing, scanning, photocopying, transcribing and faxing
Keep updated records of office sales & expenses.
Job Requirements
Job Requirements:
Fresh graduates are welcomed
Proven work experience, Front Office Representative or similar role
Proficiency in Microsoft Office
Hands-on experience with office equipment (e.g. fax machines and printers)
Professional attitude and appearance
Solid written and verbal communication skills
Ability to be resourceful and proactive when issues arise
Excellent organizational skills
Multitasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks
Customer service attitude
