Job Description
- Develop and implement CSR plans and programs in alignment with the organization's vision and objectives.
- Engage with donors and supporting entities (companies, individuals, international organizations) to expand the network of support and partnerships.
- Coordinate and organize community initiatives and awareness campaigns.
- Prepare periodic reports on community performance and the impact of initiatives on target beneficiaries.
- Oversee CSR-related content across the organization's media channels (website, social media platforms, newsletters).
- Collaborate with internal teams (such as Programs, Marketing, and Volunteers) to execute community projects.
- Represent the organization in community events and relevant conferences.
- Continuously monitor local and global trends in CSR to enhance performance and innovation.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Social Sciences, Business Administration, Public Relations, Sustainability, or a related field.
- Minimum 2–3 years of experience in Corporate Social Responsibility, community development, or related areas.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build and maintain partnerships with stakeholders, donors, and the public.
- Experience in planning and managing community initiatives and awareness campaigns.
- Excellent organizational and project management skills with the ability to multitask and meet deadlines.
- Proficiency in preparing reports and impact assessments for CSR activities and initiatives.
- Knowledge of digital media platforms and ability to manage CSR-related content across communication channels.
- Team player with the ability to collaborate across departments and work with volunteers and cross-functional teams.
- Familiarity with local and global CSR trends, sustainability standards, and best practices.
