Job Description
Develop and implement CSR plans and programs in alignment with the organization's vision and objectives.
Engage with donors and supporting entities (companies, individuals, international organizations) to expand the network of support and partnerships.
Coordinate and organize community initiatives and awareness campaigns.
Prepare periodic reports on community performance and the impact of initiatives on target beneficiaries.
Oversee CSR-related content across the organization's media channels (website, social media platforms, newsletters).
Collaborate with internal teams (such as Programs, Marketing, and Volunteers) to execute community projects.
Represent the organization in community events and relevant conferences.
Continuously monitor local and global trends in CSR to enhance performance and innovation.
Job Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Social Sciences, Business Administration, Public Relations, Sustainability, or a related field.
Minimum 2–3 years of experience in Corporate Social Responsibility, community development, or related areas.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build and maintain partnerships with stakeholders, donors, and the public.
Experience in planning and managing community initiatives and awareness campaigns.
Excellent organizational and project management skills with the ability to multitask and meet deadlines.
Proficiency in preparing reports and impact assessments for CSR activities and initiatives.
Knowledge of digital media platforms and ability to manage CSR-related content across communication channels.
Team player with the ability to collaborate across departments and work with volunteers and cross-functional teams.
Familiarity with local and global CSR trends, sustainability standards, and best practices.
