Job Description
• Develop and implement procurement strategies aligned with company goals.
• Manage end-to-end procurement cycle, ensuring compliance with company workflows and ERP systems.
• Source and evaluate vendors for building materials including concrete, rebar, grout, insulation, tools, and more.
• Lead negotiations on pricing, delivery terms, and commercial conditions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams for effective planning and inbound supply management.
• Ensure real-time reporting by spend, product, category, and department.
• Define technical requirements and evaluate supplier proposals with attention to logistics, quality, and legal compliance.
Job Requirements
Qualifications (Must have):
• BSc. in Civil Engineering (Must).
• 10–12 years of direct procurement experience in construction sites.
• Minimum 2–3 years in a Procurement Manager role within the construction sector.
• Strong knowledge of ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, or Microsoft).
• PMP, CIPS, or CSCP certification is a plus.
• Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
• Fluent English speaker with solid reporting and documentation capabilities.
