We are seeking a proactive and technically skilled BIM Coordinator to oversee and manage Building Information Modeling (BIM) processes across multidisciplinary design and construction teams. The BIM Coordinator will ensure the accuracy, quality, and coordination of BIM models and will play a vital role in enhancing collaboration, streamlining workflows, and ensuring adherence to project requirements and industry standards throughout the project lifecycle.



BIM Model Management

• Develop, maintain, and coordinate detailed 3D BIM models across various project stages.
• Ensure model accuracy, completeness, and compliance with established BIM execution plans and standards.
• Conduct regular quality control checks and clash detection analysis using coordination software.
• Integrate models from multiple disciplines (architecture, structural, MEP, etc.).
• Manage model versioning and maintain central BIM repositories for all stakeholders.

Team Coordination & Communication

• Facilitate and lead BIM coordination meetings with internal and external project stakeholders.
• Collaborate effectively with architects, engineers, consultants, contractors, and subcontractors.
• Provide technical guidance and training on BIM tools, workflows, and best practices.
• Develop and maintain BIM execution plans, project protocols, and documentation workflows.
• Coordinate with external design and construction teams to ensure timely and compliant model deliverables.

Technical Implementation

• Utilize industry-standard BIM tools such as Autodesk Revit, Navisworks Manage, AutoCAD, and BIM 360.
• Perform clash detection and manage resolution processes.
• Generate construction drawings, schedules, and documentation from coordinated models.
• Maintain standardized BIM libraries, families, templates, and company protocols.
• Support Virtual Design and Construction (VDC) initiatives to enhance project visualization and planning.

Project Support

• Assist with 4D scheduling and project planning using model-based simulations.
• Support quantity takeoffs and cost estimation workflows (5D BIM).
• Participate in design reviews and constructability assessments throughout design and preconstruction.
• Coordinate with field teams to validate construction models and incorporate site updates.
• Maintain accurate as-built documentation and facilitate model-based facility management handovers.
