Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and manage detailed interior BIM models using Revit for high-rise residential and hospitality projects.
- Translate interior design concepts into accurate 3D models and detailed drawings.
- Coordinate closely with architects, interior designers, engineers, and consultants to ensure model accuracy and consistency.
- Produce high-quality construction documentation, shop drawings, schedules, and material take-offs directly from the BIM model.
- Implement company BIM standards, templates, and workflows in accordance with global best practices.
- Review and audit BIM models for quality control, clash detection, and coordination issues using Navisworks and other tools.
- Maintain up-to-date BIM libraries of interior elements, including furniture, fixtures, finishes, and millwork.
- Contribute to design team reviews and support design changes with timely model updates.
- Train and mentor junior modelers and support team skill development.
- Collaborate with the BIM Manager to optimize BIM workflows and participate in digital innovation initiatives.
Job Requirements
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field.
- Minimum of 8+ years of relevant BIM experience, with at least 3 years in a senior capacity.
- Proven track record of working on high-rise residential and hospitality interior design projects.
- Advanced proficiency in Autodesk Revit and BIM360. Knowledge of Enscape, Navisworks, and AutoCAD is a plus.
- Strong understanding of interior materials, FF&E, finishes, and detailing.
- Experience in managing complex BIM models and coordinating across disciplines.
- Excellent communication, time management, and problem-solving skills.
- Familiarity with international BIM standards (e.g., ISO 19650) is highly desirable.
- Experience working with developers or international design consultancies is a strong advantage.
