Job Description
- Undertake design project from concept to completion, producing all the required data doe a project to be executed
- Ability to design and manage interior design projects according to budget
- Research and decide on materials and products sourcing
- Ability to guide consultants for the interior design scope
- Ability to review different interior design related documents when produced by consultants / contractors
- Produce report and presentations for the projects within the interior design scope.
Job Requirements
- Previous experience with an interior designer / consultant organizations is a must.
- Previous experience with a real estate developer is preferred
- Professional Degree in Interior Design/ Architecture.
- 8+ years of experience.
- Knowledge of CAD, REVIT, Photoshop & 3D computer modeling and graphic design.
- Effective verbal and written communication skills.
- Demonstrates collaborative and professional work ethic.
- Knowledge of FF & E activities is a plus.
