Job Description
- Participate in designing residential, commercial and office/medical buildings.
- Perform architectural visualization to assist a better outcome.
- Assist in design documentations when required.
- Assist in preparation of detailed designs of a concept or idea that the company wants to bring to reality.
- Learn project objectives, budget and any specific requirements.
- Think about a building’s style, safety and sustainability to ensure it meets the needs of its function (Residential, Commercial or Office).
- Initiate predesigned figures such as an environmental impact or feasibility study and land-use study.
- Comply with building and safety regulations, local planning regulations and restrictions while designing.
- Attend regular meetings to establish requirements and discuss detailed design proposals.
- Test the feasibility of the design using computer-aided design (CAD).
- Redraw to incorporate changes based on the variation requirements, budget and regulations.
- Deal with technical office to resolve any problems that arise.
- Review and approve layout and plans.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor Degree of Architectural Engineering.
- 5-7 years of experience.
- Strong visual awareness and an eye for detail.
- Good drawing skills, with the ability to work in three dimensions (3D).
- Residential/office/commercial building design.
- 3D Max modeling and rendering.
