Job Opportunity: Interior Design Team Leader (Design - FF&E and Furnishing)

We are looking for a highly skilled Interior Design Team Leader with deep expertise in FF&E (Furniture, Fixtures & Equipment) and furnishing. The ideal candidate will lead and inspire our design team to deliver exceptional interiors across a diverse range of projects, including hotels, resorts, and hospitals.

Key Responsibilities:
-Lead and manage the interior design team to achieve project goals and deadlines
- Oversee and develop FF&E specifications, selection, and procurement strategies
- Supervise space planning, mood boards, and material selections to ensure design excellence
- Coordinate with clients, consultants, and contractors to deliver high-quality outcomes
- Mentor junior & Senior designers and support their professional development
- Ensure design standards and brand guidelines are consistently applied across projects

Job Requirements

Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Fine Arts, Applied Arts, Architecture.
- Proven experience in interior design projects for hotels, resorts, and hospitals
- Minimum of 10 years of relevant experience, including at least 3 years in a leadership role
- Strong technical knowledge of FF&E, finishes, and materials
- Excellent leadership, communication, and project management skills
- Proficiency in design software (AutoCAD, 3ds Max, Revit, Adobe Suite)
