Job Description
- Develop and design architectural plans and detailed drawings for industrial and commercial projects, ensuring compliance with industry standards and client specifications.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including engineers, project managers, and manufacturing specialists, to integrate architectural solutions with structural and mechanical requirements.
- Conduct site assessments and feasibility studies to inform design decisions and optimize project outcomes.
- Prepare and review technical documentation, including blueprints, specifications, and material lists, for accuracy and completeness.
- Utilize advanced CAD and BIM software to create 2D and 3D models, visualizations, and presentations for internal and client review.
- Coordinate with external consultants, contractors, and suppliers to ensure seamless execution of design intent throughout the project lifecycle.
- Monitor project progress, address design-related issues, and implement modifications as necessary to meet project timelines and quality standards.
- Ensure all architectural designs adhere to relevant codes, regulations, and safety standards.
- Participate in value engineering and cost estimation processes to optimize design efficiency and project budgets.
- Stay updated on emerging trends, technologies, and best practices in architectural design and industrial manufacturing.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Architectural Engineering, or a related field.
- ● 3 to 6 years of professional experience in architectural design
- ● Proficiency in CAD and BIM software such as AutoCAD, Revit, or similar tools.
- ● Strong understanding of building codes, regulations, and industry standards.
- ● Demonstrated ability to develop detailed architectural drawings and technical documentation.
- ● Excellent communication and teamwork skills, with experience collaborating across multidisciplinary teams.
- ● Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- ● Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
