Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an MEP BIM Coordinator located in 1st Settlement, Cairo, Egypt. The MEP BIM Coordinator will be responsible for coordinating Building Information Modeling (BIM) processes, managing MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing) components, and collaborating with the architecture team to ensure alignment and integration. The role includes managing project timelines, quality checks, and ensuring all work is completed according to industry standards and sustainability guidelines.
Job Requirements
- BIM Coordination and Building Information Modeling (BIM) skills
- Experience in Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) systems
- Knowledge of architecture
- Strong project management skills
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Proficiency in relevant software such as Revit and AutoCAD
- Bachelor's degree in architecture, Engineering, or a related field
- Experience in commercial building development is a plus
