Job Description
- Develop and manage architectural BIM models using Autodesk Revit
- Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams (Structural, MEP) to ensure model accuracy
- Conduct clash detection and coordination using Navisworks
- Follow and help maintain the office BIM Execution Plan (BEP) and project standards
- Support the setup and maintenance of Revit templates and families
- Participate in BIM coordination meetings and contribute to issue resolution
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or a related discipline
- 2–6 years of hands-on BIM experience in an engineering consultancy or similar environment
- Proficiency in Revit is essential
- Experience with Navisworks is a must
- Familiarity with Dynamo is preferred
- Strong understanding of BIM workflows, LOD, and coordination processes
- Attention to detail and strong communication skills
