Job Description
- Prepare working drawings, technical details, and construction documentation.
- Create 3D visualizations, renderings, and presentations for internal and client use.
- Draft plans, elevations, and sections with high accuracy and clarity. Coordinate with structural, MEP, and other consultants to ensure seamless integration of technical solutions.
- Coordinate with consultants to incorporate technical inputs into drawings.
- Support the design team in developing and refining concepts.
- Conduct site visits to review construction progress
- Research materials, products, and construction methods to support design decisions.
- Ensure all drawings meet relevant building codes, standards, and project requirements.
- Collaborate within multidisciplinary teams to solve design and technical challenges.
- Assist with tender documentation and submission packages.
Job Requirements
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Architecture (B.Arch or equivalent).
- 2–3 years of professional architectural experience, preferably in a technical or execution-focused role.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, and other relevant design software.
- Strong understanding of building codes, construction detailing, and documentation standards.
- Excellent communication and coordination skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Attention to detail and a commitment to design quality. Experience with BIM workflows.
