Job Description:
We are seeking a passionate and detail-oriented Junior Architect to join our design team. The ideal candidate should be a fresh graduate with a strong foundation in architectural design, technical drawings, and proficiency in design software. A background or interest in commercial kitchen design is preferred.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assisting in the development of architectural layouts and design concepts for commercial kitchen projects.
- Preparing technical drawings, shop drawings, and presentation materials using Revit and AutoCAD.
- Supporting the senior design team in material selection, space planning, and design detailing.
- Coordinating with other departments such as MEP, procurement, and production to align design requirements.
- Conducting site measurements, as-built documentation, and participating in site visits when needed.
- Ensuring that all design deliverables meet project requirements, deadlines, and industry standards.
- Staying updated with trends and technologies related to kitchen layouts, hospitality spaces, and material innovations.
Internship Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Architecture.
- Proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD, and Microsoft Office tools.
- Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn.
- Familiarity or interest in central/commercial kitchen design is an advantage.
- Good communication skills and ability to work within a team structure.
