Job Description
- Markets career opportunities and aggressively manage requisitions to meet target service level agreements.
- Act as a liaison with Preferred Vendors and their candidates for appropriate positions.
- Ensures the maintenance of accurate and concise records and reports concerning all phases of the recruitment process.
- Is responsible for tracking and reporting individual recruiting metrics.
- Cultivates external relationships with networking and internal relationships with key functional stakeholders.
- Meets with management to understand their business issues and job requirements.
- Search for talents through various sources,
- Sort through received applications;
- including passive channels and networking to find the best Supply Chain Professionals.
Job Requirements
- Ability to manage several requests at the same time and to identify priorities.
- Recruitment experience in localization agency an asset.
- Must have a very developed sense of urgency.
- Excellent coordination and communication skills.
- Knowledge of organization branding and integration with Talent Acquisition.
- Experience with Workday recruiting a plus.
- Establishes clear courses of action to ensure that work is organized, managed, and completed effectively.
- Sound, relevant computer skills, including web sourcing and Social Media Knowledge.
- Talent Acquisition analytic knowledge and skills.
- Up-to-date on current industry and technology trends in the field of Talent Acquisition.
