Job Description

  • Markets career opportunities and aggressively manage requisitions to meet target service level agreements.
  • Act as a liaison with Preferred Vendors and their candidates for appropriate positions.
  • Ensures the maintenance of accurate and concise records and reports concerning all phases of the recruitment process.
  • Is responsible for tracking and reporting individual recruiting metrics.
  • Cultivates external relationships with networking and internal relationships with key functional stakeholders.
  • Meets with management to understand their business issues and job requirements.
  • Search for talents through various sources,
  • Sort through received applications;
  • including passive channels and networking to find the best Supply Chain Professionals.

Job Requirements

  • Ability to manage several requests at the same time and to identify priorities.
  • Recruitment experience in localization agency an asset.
  • Must have a very developed sense of urgency.
  • Excellent coordination and communication skills.
  • Knowledge of organization branding and integration with Talent Acquisition.
  • Experience with Workday recruiting a plus.
  • Establishes clear courses of action to ensure that work is organized, managed, and completed effectively.
  • Sound, relevant computer skills, including web sourcing and Social Media Knowledge.
  • Talent Acquisition analytic knowledge and skills.
  • Up-to-date on current industry and technology trends in the field of Talent Acquisition.
