Job Description

  • Manage the full cycle recruiting process for all roles, ensuring a smooth and positive candidate experience.
  • Create and publish job ads in various portals.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to set qualification criteria for fill open potions. 
  • Screen resumes and job applications.
  • Conduct initial phone screens to create shortlists of qualified candidates
  • Interview candidates in-person for a wide range of roles (junior, senior and executive).
  • Track hiring metrics including time-to-hire, time-to-fill and source of hire.
  • Coordinate the hiring of new staff members and interns including recruitment, hiring, orientation and on-boarding process.
  • Drive offer process and follow up with hiring documents with accepted candidates.
  • Host and participate in job fairs.
  • Follow up with candidates throughout the hiring process.
  • Maintain a database of potential candidates for future job openings.
  • Administers C.Vs database and keeps it updated continuously (hard & soft copies).

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in any related field.
  • 2-4 years work experience.
  • Very good command of both English and Arabic Languages.
  • Excellent Knowledge of computer & Microsoft offices.
  • Proven experience in mass hiring.
  • Manufacturing or FMCG background.
  • Experience in blue collar hiring is must.
  • Communication skills.
  • Analytical thinking.
  • Team spirit.
