Job Description
- Manage the full cycle recruiting process for all roles, ensuring a smooth and positive candidate experience.
- Create and publish job ads in various portals.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to set qualification criteria for fill open potions.
- Screen resumes and job applications.
- Conduct initial phone screens to create shortlists of qualified candidates
- Interview candidates in-person for a wide range of roles (junior, senior and executive).
- Track hiring metrics including time-to-hire, time-to-fill and source of hire.
- Coordinate the hiring of new staff members and interns including recruitment, hiring, orientation and on-boarding process.
- Drive offer process and follow up with hiring documents with accepted candidates.
- Host and participate in job fairs.
- Follow up with candidates throughout the hiring process.
- Maintain a database of potential candidates for future job openings.
- Administers C.Vs database and keeps it updated continuously (hard & soft copies).
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in any related field.
- 2-4 years work experience.
- Very good command of both English and Arabic Languages.
- Excellent Knowledge of computer & Microsoft offices.
- Proven experience in mass hiring.
- Manufacturing or FMCG background.
- Experience in blue collar hiring is must.
- Communication skills.
- Analytical thinking.
- Team spirit.
