Job Description

  • Dealing directly with the clients at our branches, answering their inquiries in a polite and professional manner.
  • Delivering scripted telephone sales to generated leads resulting in profitable sales and satisfied customers. You will be calling incoming leads, following up on outstanding quotes for a successful conversion, and managing the subscription process by liaising with internal departments.
  • Will make sure that every customer you speak to puts the phone down feeling like they’ve had a preview of our excellent programs and services.
  • Answer questions about our services or the company.
  • Ask questions to understand customer/company requirements and close sales.
  • Enter and update customer/company information in the database.
  • Take and process orders in an accurate manner.
  • Handle grievances to preserve the company’s reputation.
  • Go the “extra mile” to meet the sales quota and facilitate future sales.

Job Requirements

  • Excellent selling, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • The candidate Must have At least 2 years of sales experience.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Outstanding negotiation and handling skills with the ability to resolve issues and address complaints.
  • Ability to work under pressure and to achieve the target.
  • Good command of the English language.
  • The ability to handle rejection and stress in soliciting customers.
  • Time management skills.
  • Moderate computer and google sheets knowledge.
