Job Description

  • Collaborate with the sales team to understand customer requirements and provide technical solutions that meet their needs.
  • Deliver compelling product demonstrations and presentations to prospective clients, highlighting technical features and business benefits.
  • Serve as a technical expert during the sales process, addressing customer inquiries and resolving technical challenges.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, acting as a trusted advisor for technical matters.
  • Prepare and present technical proposals, quotations, and documentation tailored to customer requirements.
  • Work closely with product development and engineering teams to relay customer feedback and influence product enhancements.
  • Assist in the preparation of responses to RFPs, RFIs, and other technical documentation required during the sales cycle.
  • Conduct site visits and technical assessments to ensure solutions are feasible and aligned with client expectations.
  • Provide post-sales technical support and training to ensure successful implementation and customer satisfaction.
  • Stay current with industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitor offerings to effectively position FastTrack’s solutions.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related technical field.
  • 2-3 years of experience in a sales engineering, technical sales, or pre-sales role.
  • Strong understanding of technical products and the ability to translate complex concepts into business value.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Proven ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, office-based environment.
  • Demonstrated problem-solving skills and a customer-centric mindset.
  • Experience preparing technical proposals and responding to RFPs/RFIs.
  • Ability to travel to client sites as needed.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Self-motivated with a passion for continuous learning and professional growth.
