Job Description
- Identify training requirements for employees through job analysis, career paths, annual performance appraisals and consultation with line managers.
- Prepare a report of training needs analysis and recommended training.
- Conduct cost-benefit analysis and calculate training ROI.
- Set up annual training plans and programs with an annual training budget.
- Develop, organize, and evaluate training programs and workshops.
- Lead annual training plan development and implementation, schedule & coordinate training activities.
- Supervising the follow-up of preparing and equipping training halls in the case of internal training course.
- Supervising the completion of the training evaluation with the trainees in terms of their
satisfaction with the training program, and monitor quality of training and asses results.
- Ensure that new employees have benefited from the administrative training, vision, mission,
administrative procedure & training provided by the department head & orientation.
- Handle summer training programs & act as a point of contact between the
company & Universities.
- Suggest alternative cost- effective training courses.
- Provide reports on achieved training programs related to basis annual plan.
Job Requirements
- Education: Bachelor’s degree of any discipline field.
- HR certificate is highly preferred.
- Excellent Command of Arabic & English language.
- 3-6 years of experience in similar position.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word, and Power Point).
- Resident of ( Monufya - Gharbia - Qalubia ) governorates.
