Job Description

  • Training Needs Analysis:
  • Conduct thorough assessments of organizational training needs through surveys, interviews, and data analysis.
  • Identify skill gaps, performance issues, and areas for improvement across different levels and functions within the organization.
  • Training Program Design:
  • Develop comprehensive training curricula, programs, and materials tailored to address identified needs and learning objectives.
  • Utilize a variety of instructional techniques and delivery methods, including instructor-led training, e-learning, workshops, and simulations.
  • Content Development:
  • Create engaging and relevant training content, including presentations, manuals, videos, and online modules.
  • Collaborate with subject matter experts to ensure accuracy and relevance of training materials.
  • Training Delivery:
  • Facilitate training sessions for employees, managers, and leaders, both in-person and virtually.
  • Provide guidance and support to trainers and facilitators to ensure effective delivery of training programs.
  • Evaluation and Feedback:
  • Establish metrics and evaluation criteria to assess the effectiveness and impact of training initiatives.
  • Collect feedback from participants and stakeholders to continuously improve training programs and delivery methods.
  • Organizational Development Initiatives:
  • Support organizational development efforts, such as culture change initiatives, leadership development programs, and talent management strategies.
  • Collaborate with HR partners and business leaders to align training initiatives with broader organizational goals and priorities.
  • Learning Management System (LMS) Administration:
  • Oversee the organization's learning management system, including content management, user administration, and reporting.
  • Ensure the LMS meets the needs of the organization and supports efficient delivery and tracking of training activities.

Stay Updated on Training Trends:

  • Keep abreast of industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in training and development.
  • Integrate innovative approaches and tools to enhance the effectiveness and engagement of training programs
  • Communication and Stakeholder Management:
  • Communicate regularly with stakeholders to keep them informed about training initiatives, progress, and results.
  • Build strong relationships with internal partners, including HR, department heads, and senior leadership, to garner support for training initiatives.
  • Compliance and Regulatory Training:
  • Ensure that training programs comply with relevant regulations, industry standards, and company policies.
  • Develop and deliver compliance training modules as required by legal or regulatory requirements.

Job Requirements

  • Education & Experience
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Human Resources, Education, or related field (Engineering is a plus)
  • Good Knowledge in designing, delivering, and evaluating training programs, preferably in a corporate or organizational setting is a plus.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and facilitation skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders at all levels.
  • Strong project management skills and attention to detail.
  • OD Knowledge (Competencies, KPIs, OKIs, KBIs) awareness, is a plus
  • Certification in training or development is a plus.
