Job Description
A reputable FinTech company is seeking to hire a highly motivated Training Specialist who will enhance the competencies of our employees by developing and delivering training programs that align with our company’s core values and will be responsible for:
- Identify training needs according to the technical needs of employees.
- Based on research, plan and implement training programs that will prepare employees for the next step of their career paths
- Build annual training program and prepare teaching plans.
- Direct structured learning experiences and monitor their quality results.
- Acclimate new hires to the business and conduct orientation sessions.
- Periodically evaluate ongoing programs to ensure that they reflect any changes.
- Prepare and present reports on training program KIPs.
Job Requirements
- 3 - 4 years of proven experience as a Training Specialist.
- Bachelor degree in Education, Training, HR or related field.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office.
- Excellent Presentation and communication skills.
- Excellent planning and time management skills.
