Job Description
- Design, organize, and deliver training programs that align with defined business requirements.
- Manage program administration tasks, including scheduling, communications, materials production, facilities coordination, and participant tracking.
- Develop and maintain training manuals and materials to ensure relevance and accuracy.
- Evaluate program effectiveness through assessments, surveys, and feedback mechanisms.
- Create and deliver comprehensive onboarding sessions for new hires to facilitate their integration into the organization.
- Perform any other related duties as required to support the learning and development initiatives.
Job Requirements
- 3+ years of working experience in a similar role.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Highly detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
- Deadline-oriented with the capacity to deliver high-quality results under pressure.
- Proficiency in English, both written and verbal.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
