Job Description

  • Accountable for the planning and execution of lead generation practices by the Business Development team.
  • Development of new business in core channels and market segments with consideration for new prospective channels or business segments.
  • Responsible for revenue targets.
  • Establish and maintain constructive business relationships with clients.
  • Co-ordinate appropriate product implementation based upon account strategies.
  • Work with limited direction, usually within a complex and often ambiguous environment.
  • Expanding the penetration of existing emerging services within current and new accounts
  • Identify new business development opportunities and take accountability for and manage the project evaluation of these.
  • Act as a point of contact within the department during the periods of implementation of new processes and services as projects are handed over to the Training Teams.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in business administration or equivalent.
  • 10 years of experience in Sales or Business Development.
  • Experience in Corporate sales. 
  • Experience in leading teams remotely. 
  • Great Leadership, Negotiation and Closing deals Skills.
  • Experience in team training and orientation.
  • Expand the network of clients on strategic and business level.
  • Work closely with other cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives.
  • Experience in dealing with C level in multinational companies.
