Job Description
Job Responsibilities:
- Identify and qualify new business leads using online tools, directories, and research.
- Make outbound calls to potential clients to introduce Xappee’s services.
- Engage prospects via email, LinkedIn, and phone to build interest and book meetings.
- Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to align outreach strategies.
- Maintain accurate lead records using our CRM system.
- Follow up with leads to keep communication active and nurture relationships.
- Report weekly performance, feedback, and insights to your supervisor.
Job Requirements
Job Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or any related field.
- Excellent English communication skills – both written and spoken (a must).
- Confident making professional phone calls to international clients.
- 1+ year of experience in lead generation, sales, or a customer-facing role.
- Organised, detail-oriented, and comfortable using tools like LinkedIn, Google, and CRM systems.
- Target-driven with a positive and proactive attitude.
- Fluency in English (spoken and written) is essential.
- Previous experience in B2B lead generation or telesales is an advantage.
- Must be based in Cairo and available for on-site work at our 5th Settlement office.
- Willingness to make regular phone calls as part of daily duties.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
15,000 – 18,000 per month plus commission. Total earnings can reach up to 25,000 with commission.
