About the Role
We’re looking for a driven, versatile Commercial Account Manager to join Cookievore’s commercial team and lead our expansion across cafés, e-commerce platforms, and modern trade channels. You’ll be responsible for identifying new opportunities, closing deals, and nurturing high-value accounts across all revenue streams.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing B2B partners
- Survey the market regularly and identify new sales or placement opportunities
- Develop and execute account-specific sales plans-
- Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, operations, and finance) to ensure excellent execution and partner satisfaction-
- Monitor KPIs, sales performance, and pipeline health
- Gather market feedback and translate it into actionable strategies
- Represent Cookievore in tastings, meetings, and events with potential clients
Job Requirements
- 2–4 years of experience in sales, business development, or key account management (FMCG/F&B preferred)
- Proven ability to close deals and manage accounts end-to-end
- Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
- Self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
- Passion for food and a customer-first mindset
- Familiarity with B2B dynamics across cafés, retailers, or e-commerce is a strong plus
