Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and administrative staff to understand context and deliver precise translations.
Assist in the preparation and localization of project documentation, contracts, and correspondence.
Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
Support cross-functional teams during negotiations, site visits, and client meetings by providing real-time interpretation.
Stay updated on industry-specific terminology and best practices in translation.
Contribute to the development and maintenance of a bilingual glossary and translation memory database.
Provide language support for training sessions, workshops, and corporate communications as needed.

Bachelor’s degree in Translation, Linguistics, Chinese Language, or a related field.
3-5 years of proven experience as a Chinese Translator or in a similar role.
Fluency in both written and spoken Chinese (Mandarin) and English.
Strong understanding of technical, engineering, or construction terminology.
Excellent attention to detail and commitment to high-quality translation.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, multicultural environment.
Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in translation software and Microsoft Office Suite.
Demonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks and meet tight deadlines.
Willingness to work on-site as required by project needs.
