Job Description
Job Duties & Responsibilities:
- Product Management
- Working on analysis for the performance of existing & new products
- Fixing the issues available in the product
- Enhancing & improving the products to reach the highest ratio (to guarantee a good market share)
- Working on promoting the product (co-branded promotion)
- Following up with clients regarding the existing projects
- Product Development
- Creating new service workflow
- Collaborating with the tech team to create service workflow & analyze the system capabilities to ensure the service is meeting the client’s requirements
- Checking API document to create the workflow accordingly
- Creating service tariff & aligning with stalk holders the service workflow
- Managing Company Mega projects
- Searching for new services & generating new ideas for the services’ enhancement
- Processes
- Creating new service processes
- Creating operation Processes for existing & new services, complaints & enhancements
- Creating internal processes for different stalk holders to ensure the company is achieving its objectives
- Enhancing current processes to be more efficient
- PMO
- Setting headlines for the services in aligning with the commercial PM
- Setting priorities for the existing products & defining its joining date according to business need
- Following up with all stalk holders to ensure the products are gathered to launch in defined time frame
- Setting meetings with stalk holders & following up on all agreed actions for all commercial projects
- Setting roadmap between Products & PM
- Following up on enhancements & requirements
- Device Management
- Working on Onboarding for new devices & their portfolio
- Managing current stock &ensure they are delivered on the required time
- Setting plan for the devices needed with their forecasting
- Ensuring the devices are meeting the requirements and of the last updated version
- Making sure there are different devices & from different vendors
- Investigating the device’s performance & that they support the required tools
- Solving the issues that might happen in the devices to evade differentiations between devices & design.
- Marketing Communications
- Set Marketing communication plan and products marketing campaign
- Check Marketing activities result
- Set Marketing communication budget
- Monitor, evaluate, and report on similar industry activities; make recommendations based on findings/opportunities discovered.
- CRM & Backoffice
- Create Win Back Programs
- Performing market research.
- Gathering and processing research data.
- Create Loyalty Programs

Knowledge, skills & Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree from reputable university
- Marketing diploma is a must
- MBA (preferable)
- Experience 6-8 years in the same field, preferable to have E-payment background, telecommunication, or banking.
- Very good understanding of technical documents
- Very good understanding of structure (workflow- service design)
- Proven Experience in MS office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint,…ETC) is a must
- Very good understanding of wallets management
