Job Description
Business Targets, Forecasting and Results
Support the Product Manager in generating accurate volume forecasts with clients and suppliers.
Assist in tracking brand performance against sales and P&L targets.
Help implement sales strategies and coordinate promotional activities to support brand objectives.
Monitor budget usage and help control sales and promotional expenses.
Contribute to achieving sell-in and sell-through targets and support accurate business planning.
Business Development
Assist in using all available tools to support the expansion and development of the brand within the assigned region.
Help coordinate the launch of new brands and product lines.
Work closely with retail and distribution partners to support brand penetration.
Operational Marketing (Advertising & Promotion, PR, and Merchandising)
Assist in the planning and tracking of A&P budgets and expenditures.
Support the collection and analysis of media and marketing data.
Coordinate marketing activities in line with brand guidelines and regional requirements.
Monitor implementation of merchandising standards and assist in proposing improvements.
Track shelf space and brand visibility in key retail outlets.
Support the preparation of presentations and attend retailer meetings when needed.
Help coordinate with retailers, suppliers, and distributors on marketing activities, promotions, and animations.
Inventory Management
Assist in maintaining stock levels of fast-moving items and support the reduction of slow movers and delisted items.
Help with monthly stock checks, order processing, and timely stock replenishment.
Monitor inventory turnover and assist in managing supply coverage and year-end inventory targets.
Market Analysis
Support the analysis of consumption and retail sales data.
Assist in identifying market trends, competitive dynamics, and growth opportunities.
Conduct monthly retail audits and gather competitor information.
Help track product launches, promotions, and performance.
Maintain up-to-date pricing and competitor analysis databases.
Reporting
Assist in preparing monthly sales reports and brand performance summaries.
Collect stock statements and visit reports from clients.
Help consolidate data for internal and external reporting purposes.
Relationships
Maintain positive and professional relationships with retailers, suppliers, and distributors.
Foster effective internal and external communication to ensure smooth collaboration across teams.
Job Requirements
Education: Bachelor’s degree in pharmacy or Pharmaceutical Sciences (required).
Experience: 2–4 years in same position
Languages: Fluent in English (written and spoken).
Skills:
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint).
Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
Team player with a proactive attitude and eagerness to learn.
