About the Company:
We're building something exciting in the EV space. Our company is developing a specialized online platform that brings together electric vehicles, their accessories, and service providers – all tailored to the MENA market.
Think: the go-to digital destination for anyone looking to enter or grow in the EV world in this region.
Job Summary:
We're looking for a strategic marketing leader who will take full ownership of the company's brand, digital presence, and growth strategy. You will lead all marketing functions — from crafting our voice to acquiring our first wave of customers.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute the full-stack marketing strategy: brand, content, digital, performance, and partnerships.
Own customer acquisition and growth funnels from 0 to scale.
Work with product and operations to align messaging and optimize user journey.
Build and manage marketing budgets and performance metrics.
Hire and lead a small marketing team (in later stages).
Represent the company at events, PR, and with key partners.
Requirements:
5–10 years of experience in marketing strategy (preferably in B2C tech, mobility, or marketplace platforms).
Strong experience with digital marketing tools: SEO, SEM, paid social, content, CRM.
Proven ability to scale early-stage marketing and build brand presence.
Based in Cairo or able to attend regular on-site meetings.
Fluent in English and Arabic (written and spoken).
Nice to Have (Preferred):
Experience in automotive, EVs, or sustainability-related sectors.
Familiarity with tools like HubSpot, Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, etc.
Previous startup or scale-up experience.

Job Requirements
- 5–10 years of experience in marketing strategy, ideally within tech startups, digital platforms, or B2C businesses.
- Hands-on experience in digital marketing channels: SEO, SEM, paid social media, content marketing, and email/CRM campaigns.
- Ability to develop and execute full marketing funnels — from brand awareness to conversion.
- Experience in launching or growing a product or service from early stages.
- Strong analytical skills and familiarity with tools like Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, or HubSpot.
- Leadership mindset with the ability to work independently and make strategic decisions.
- Excellent communication skills in English and Arabic.
- Must be based in Cairo or willing to commute regularly for on-site meetings.
