Job Description
- Manage the organization's employee benefits programs, including health insurance, and other employee benefits.
- Research, evaluate, and recommend new benefit programs or enhancements to existing programs to attract and retain top talent.
- Collaborate with benefits providers and brokers to ensure the effective delivery of benefits programs.
- Conduct benefits orientation sessions for new hires and provide ongoing support to employees regarding benefits-related inquiries.
- Stay up-to-date with relevant laws, regulations, and industry trends related to compensation and benefits.
- Assist with compensation and benefits audits and respond to internal and external inquiries.
- Conduct cost analysis and budgeting for compensation and benefits programs.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 0-2 years of experience in compensation and benefits management or a related role.
- Very good on English language.
- Understanding of relevant laws, regulations, and compliance requirements related to compensation and benefits .
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret and analyze complex compensation and benefits data.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate and build relationships with all levels.
- Exceptional attention to detail in data analysis, reporting, and documentations.
