Job Description
Role Summary
Acts as the focal point for all people-related activities pertaining to the assigned country. Partners with Managers, other P&O functions, and employees to ensure all P&O programs and policies are properly implemented within assigned units. Handles all operational P&O matters ensuring that ADES satisfies the industry standards, country regulations, and client training and personnel requirements.
Duties and Responsibilities
Onboarding & Offboarding: Manage end-to-end employee onboarding and exit processes, including documentation, exit interviews, and final settlements.
Crew Management: Oversee crew assignments and maintain accurate records.
Timesheet & Payroll: Validate timesheets and coordinate with payroll for timely processing.
Personnel: Maintain employee records and handle related administrative tasks.
Benefits Enrollment: Coordinate benefits enrollment and respond to related queries.
Performance: Support performance review processes and documentation.
Communications: Maintain regular contact with Rig Manager, OIM, and crew; respond to inquiries; conduct periodic rig visits.
Job Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, Management.
1–3 years of experience in HR or Operation roles.
Familiarity with HRIS systems.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel, Word, and Outlook).
Basic understanding of labor laws and HR policies.
