Job Description
- Identify Agents’ performance and plot the needed PIP enhancing team performance.
- Conduct regular meetings/coaching with Agents' reviewing their performance and PIP effectiveness.
- Conduct a constructive session with subordinate to improve and/or enhance their performance.
- Enhance the team members sales skills.
- Motivate Consultants to achieve the targets.
- Monitor and reports on the key performance indicators (KPI’s).
- Develop an action plan for improvement, implement corrective action, Train the team members.
Job Requirements
- Fluent English
- Experience in same position is A must.
- Excellent sales skills
- Target oriented
- Excellent communication skills
- Call Center Experience is A must.
- Tourism background / GDS Experience is Preferred
- Ability to manage and improve team performance.
- Team/Performance Management skills

- Analytical ability and root cause analysis
