Job Description
- Develop and execute export sales strategies to achieve company targets in international markets.
- Identify, approach, and build relationships with prospective clients and distributors worldwide.
- Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to order fulfillment, ensuring customer satisfaction at every stage.
- Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms with international clients in alignment with company policies.
- Coordinate with production, logistics, and finance teams to ensure timely and accurate delivery of export orders.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to identify new business opportunities.
- Prepare and present regular sales reports, forecasts, and market analysis to management.
- Participate in international trade fairs, exhibitions, and business trips to promote company products.
- Ensure compliance with export regulations, documentation, and customs requirements.
- Provide after-sales support and resolve any issues related to product delivery, quality, or customer feedback.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, International Trade, Marketing, or a related field.
- 1-3 years of proven experience in export sales, preferably within the textile or manufacturing sector.
- Strong understanding of international sales processes, export documentation, and logistics.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a cross-functional team.
- Proficiency in English; additional languages are a plus.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Willingness to travel internationally as required.
- Familiarity with CRM software and MS Office applications.
- Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
