Job Description
- Assisting the department official in setting standards for evaluating performance in accordance with the institutional organization and the company’s annual goals.
- Assisting the department official in establishing a system for promotions in the company.
- Assist the department official in developing a performance evaluation system.
- Guiding and assisting department officials during their performance evaluation work.
- Follow up on actual performance evaluations and communicate with department officials regarding employees whose evaluations are less than the grade specified in the evaluation and provide support to them.
- Organizing interviews to evaluate performance periodically.
- Research and evaluate problems and results resulting from the implementation of performance evaluations, and provide solutions to problems to all department officials.
- Improving, developing and supervising the company’s performance evaluation system and the scope of its implementation.
- Assist the department administrator in carrying out any other tasks related to performance management.
Job Requirements
- Must have a bachelor’s degree in human resources, business administration, management information systems, or equivalent.
- Practical experience in any of the human resources departments and familiarity with performance measurement tools and requirements are required.
- Maximum age is 35.
- Proficiency in using Microsoft Office programs
- Has the ability to learn, high skills in organization and coordination, communication skills, the ability to express and speak tactfully, has insight and a high sense of prediction, and is good at working under pressure.
- Preferably residents of 10th of Ramadan.
