Job Description
- Recruitment & Onboarding: Manage end-to-end hiring including job posting, screening, interviewing, onboarding, and orientation processes.
- Employee Relations: Serve as the point of contact for employee concerns; support conflict resolution, disciplinary actions, and grievance handling.
- Policy Implementation & Compliance: Ensure HR policies and procedures are up to date and compliant with Egyptian labor laws.
- Performance Management: Facilitate performance review cycles, provide guidance to managers on performance issues, and track improvement plans.
- HRIS & Records Management: Maintain accurate employee records in HRIS and generate periodic HR reports.
- Training & Development: Identify training needs and support the implementation of learning and development initiatives.
- Organization Development (OD):Assist in the design and implementation of employee engagement, culture-building, and talent development programs.
- Contribute to organizational structure reviews, workforce planning, and role design.
- Participate in succession planning and career development frameworks.
- Employee Engagement: Organize team-building activities, employee recognition, and wellness initiatives to foster a positive work environment.
- Data & Metrics: Track and analyze key HR and OD metrics such as turnover, engagement, and training effectiveness to support data-driven decisions.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field
- 3–10 years of HR experience in the same role
- Working knowledge of Egyptian labor law
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and facilitation skills
- Familiarity with performance and talent management systems
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and HRIS platforms
